Quorple — Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
[PLACEHOLDER] By downloading, installing, or using Quorple (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
[PLACEHOLDER] Zentore Technologies LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use only, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. In-app purchases
[PLACEHOLDER] Quorple may offer in-app purchases for additional features. All purchases are final and processed through Apple’s App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
4. Prohibited use
[PLACEHOLDER] You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sublicense, or attempt to circumvent any technical measures of the App.
5. Safe play
Quorple is played seated, holding the device with a firm two-handed grip. Stop playing if you feel dizzy, fatigued, or otherwise unwell.
A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns on a screen, even with no prior history. If you or a family member has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before playing. Stop playing and consult a physician if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or any involuntary movement.
6. Intellectual property
[PLACEHOLDER] All content, code, design, graphics, sound, and trademarks in the App are owned by Zentore Technologies LLC or its licensors. You receive only the license described above; you receive no ownership rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
[PLACEHOLDER] The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
[PLACEHOLDER] To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentore Technologies LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
[PLACEHOLDER] We may suspend or terminate your license to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
10. Governing law
[PLACEHOLDER] These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Wisconsin.
11. Changes
[PLACEHOLDER] Updated terms ship with new app versions through the App Store. The current version is always viewable in-app under Settings → Legal. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
